Regarding summer holidays in August 2024

We will be closed for the summer holidays from Saturday, August 10th to Sunday, August 18th, 2024.
Due to this, the deadline for shipping before the summer holidays will vary for each product.

[Regarding regular stock and affiliated warehouse stock items]
The deadline for shipping before the summer holidays for products that are normally in stock at our store (some suction mats, etc.) and products that are in stock at our partner warehouses (UtaU, bws SELECTION, some suction mats, etc.) is Friday, August 9th at 14:00. Orders placed after this date will be shipped after the holidays.
[About products shipped directly from the manufacturer]
After confirming your order, we will place an order with the manufacturer, who will then send the product directly to your address. The deadline for shipping before the summer holidays for products (Ergohuman, etc.) is Monday, August 5th at 9:00. Orders placed after this date will be shipped after the holidays. Depending on the timing of your order, it may take a long time for the product to be delivered. When placing your order, we ask that you place your order well in advance of the date and time you need it.
Please be sure to check the above when placing your order.
In addition, due to natural disasters or other unforeseen events, we may not be able to ship your order on the date and time stated above.
When we receive a large number of orders after the holidays, we may not be able to ship your order as requested.
We will endeavour to ship your order as described above, but we appreciate your understanding in advance.
